Molly Krogsrud

Having been raised in a holistic environment most of her life, Molly has always understood the value of healthy eating and lifestyle practices. However, it wasn't until she personally started to experience major digestive issues as a teenager, that led to her discovering she had numerous food allergies that were a result of chronic stress and inflammation. During her journey of discovering healing, her dream of becoming a nurse shifted into pursuing a career in Nutrition and Exercise Science at Bastyr University. Upon graduation, she furthered her education and became a certified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) through the Nutritional Therapy Association. This program emphasized bio-individuality and the importance of nutrient dense foods to allow the body its innate ability to function optimally.

While building her nutrition business in Washington, Molly worked primarily as a Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor. While in the fitness industry, what she noticed over time was that many people weren't reaching their goals (whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, improved energy, etc.) and the missing link was proper nutrition support. As soon as she started incorporating customized nutritional support and repairing imbalances in her clients, there was a huge increase in optimizing results!

In 2018, Molly moved back to Medford, Oregon and started her nutrition business again, this time with her mom, Debbie, as her business partner. She recently completed a course on Nutrition Response Testing (NRT) technique, which further enhances the effectiveness of Nutritional Therapy in their practice.

Debbie Kautz

Debbie's journey and passion for nutrition and holistic living began almost 40 years ago. In her early twenties her path led her to the care of Dr. Ralph Weiss ND. He was able to not only help with her health needs, but also became her mentor and inspiration to the lifelong learning of her own health and wellbeing. Having been under his care for over 30 years left a huge impact on both Debbie and her family. Since then her quest for health has continued with many other wonderful practitioners who have contributed to the foundation Dr.Weiss started in her life.

After raising her family and forty years of working in the floristry business, Debbie chose to pursue her passion for nutrition and health. Three years ago she enrolled in the Nutritional Therapy Practitioner program and became a certified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP). Upon completing this program, she furthered her knowledge and became a licensed RESTART instructor, and most recently learned the Nutrition Response Testing (NRT) technique.

Debbie is thrilled to be working side-by-side with her daughter, Molly, and helping others on their own journey to better health.
